what kind of material and construction are F1 spark plugs made of?

I suspect they use similar materials, the platinum/iridium types seem to be the adopted materials for almost all plugs. However, I would assume that the purity and precision of the construction are improved over road car plugs. I would also imagine that the plug gap is very small, as this tends to be the trend with high-compression normally aspirated engines.

They are of surface discharge design too, to accomodate the piston andachieve the compression ratio they desire.
