But F1 2011 is a great game. nothing too demanding, just their for fun. Whole purpose of the xbox & ps3.
If anyone plays on Ps3 I'd be happy to have a race

I've got a PS3, but what I most play is GT5! I have no idea why I love this game so much. Does anyone play GT5 here?NathanOlder wrote:I play this on the Ps3. But i have just recently started playing rfactor with a 1994 mod and its damn good.

Configure your controls under Controls in the Options Menu. In F1 2011, you no longer request pit stops, unlike F1 2010. There are no graphics when in cockpit view. However you can see yourself push the KERS button, and when you press KERS, and the driver no longer does anything, you know you've run out. Just remember you have it for around 7 seconds.kebab wrote:I just changed to speed wheel and having some issues with controlling, appreciate if someone can help:
- I cant get the DRS work. Tried Y button but it doesn't seem to work (no DRS graphic to confirm).
- How do I request a pit stop?
- How do I get the KERS graphic on screen (I use cockpit view)?
- How to change to manual gear change?
Thanks
Thanks.jordangp wrote: Configure your controls under Controls in the Options Menu. In F1 2011, you no longer request pit stops, unlike F1 2010. There are no graphics when in cockpit view. really? any examples?beelsebob wrote:I *still* can't get used to the tail happiness in 2011. My brain says "I know F1 drivers take this corner flat, I'll take it flat", and the game says "nah, you need two downshifts for that one".
Eau Rouge is a great example – in reality, it was thought that they would still be flat through it (in qualifying) with DRS open in the top cars. in F1 2011 it requires 5th gear with DRS closed... or possibly 6th gear if you've got your setup spot on.ell66 wrote:really? any examples?beelsebob wrote:I *still* can't get used to the tail happiness in 2011. from my exerience i felt it was pretty realistic.
Odd, I find in 2010, I can catch the car if I slide, in 2011 I don't stand a chance. That said, I agree that in 2010 it was indeed pretty odd at times.NathanOlder wrote:Cant wait for 2012. but what else can they improve ?
I felt 2011 was easier than 2010.
