So what was all the fuzz during the first four races from Domenicali, Fry and others that "we have to suffer until Mugello" Well Mugello came and they say "we only played with set up and minor updates'???! How should we interpret this??? Lack of development???? You tell me man.
Well they tested updates in Mugello, just not a lot of them. Domenicali said a month prior to Mugello that they would take as much time as possible(all the way to Barcelona) to develop all the updates until the very last second to try and make sure they work & work well.
So instead of running them in Mugello they decided to keep things in testing in the wind tunnels etc to make sure they take as big of a step forward as possible.
X I understand but all of this is on an assumption that the pull rod front is inherently wrong. I would assume when you look at it without preconceived notions and look at the data, it's clear to the team it's not a problem. Even Gary Anderson changed his tune recently and said while he would do something different the pull rod front isn't their problem.
