Is there a way to save YouTube videos just like videos from "Google video" can be saved?

Well YouTube apparently uses some flash component to play the movies, so I guess you will have to do with the temporary internet files.

Maybe there is some program at all that adds some functionality flash player so that you would be able to download the file right away, but I'm not sure there.
