I think it is very likely
That is highly probable.
Will Massa go back to Sauber if that happens? #-o

I think that would be better for both drivers. Massa has had his chance with Ferrari and he just doesn't look comfortable there anymore, or able to consistently bring in the results. Moving back to his old team might give him back some of his confidence and motivation. Perez has certainly proved that he is at least as good as Massa was when Ferrari gave him a seat, if not better.

On a local website there's report that Bottas has a done deal at Williams.

I hear whispers that Bottas is a frontrunner for McLaren alongside Button

o.O

Not a chance in my book. I'd expect one of DiResta, Hulkenburg or Perez. Perez may not want to enter the lion's den at ferrari and be a number 2 driver, but I doubt he'd have any issue with joining McLaren on an equal footing with Button.

I agree - not on Perez who IMO is overrated right now (but hey, that's me!) but IMO Hulkenberg is a future Macca or Merc driver

I think that Alonso will finish his career with Ferrari; he has said so and he seems highly motivated driving the Red Car.

The question mark I see is Hamilton; the Twittergate photo definitely hurt him and I couldn't understand why he wasn't excited about winning the pole at Monza. I'm glad he congratulated his team after the Monza win, it looked like he wasn't going to. They gave him an excellent pit stop. For all the history between Hamilton and McLaren, I just can't see the relationship devolving to the point where Hamilton would leave. And where would he go? Lotus? Red Bull? I can't see Hamilton wanting to be second-fiddle to Vettel at RB, and Lotus doesn't seem to have the consistency that would catapult them to a championship-winning car. Thoughts?

Lotus don't have the consistency? Kimi is one point behind Hamilton (Hamilton's won 3 times, Kimi 0). That's fantastic consistency, maybe more from Kimi but his had the car to do it. All Lotus miss is that step up for the win, once they get it they'll get many more.

If Lewis wants to move, he should try there before Mercedes. And maybe if Lotus want to take that step, they should try Hamilton instead of the crash kid.

Just a thought. Hamilton to Lotus. It could work for both parties.

I can't see Mclaren looking at them, they seem more suited for Mercedes. Neither have shown me anything to make me think they'd be in a team fighting for wins and championships

With the statements / behaviours coming out of team Macca, and the demeanor of Lewis the whole weekend, it looks like things are over with his career at Macca. Is Lewis going to Merc? Do we have any serious clues to his next team/move?

Well, it wouldn't be the first time they took on a rookie ;).

Then again, Hammy was 'groomed' by McLaren from a very young age. Bottas to Mclaren? Unlikely in my view.

I think it's all fun and games; I expect Hamilton to re-sign with McLaren.

After this weekend i'm not so sure. There seemed to be some tension and bad feeling between martin/ron and lewis. I'm starting to think his considering leaving as much as he is staying - perhaps leaving isn't just a bargaining tool now

I'm just surprised at the lack of excitement winning this race, reminded me a little bit of Turkey 2010 where he was obviously upset with the team.

Its looking so hard to tell whats going on

That could simply be him realising that he's not going to get the terms he wanted, and that he's going to have to sign again with sub-optimal terms.
