I'd hate to see Schumacher being pushed into retirement, especially when he's driving at his best since his comeback.

It would be unreal if Schumacher would go to McLaren in a direct driver swap. Nothing but pipe dreams though :(

Hamilton to Mercedes for 2014! That's what people are saying! Makes more sense now.

I don't know if he's being smug ("I know how good I am, I just had to remind everyone."), arrogant ("This is MY team, now."), sure of himself ("I now have everyone behind me for the championship."), or something else ("Suck it.").

For once, I'd really like for Hamilton to not be such a priss to his team; even if they aren't all that great to him. Not in public, man.

If Hamilton does go to Mercedes, I am definitely surprised, but also I think it will be fun to watch. McLaren have had top class cars pretty much for his whole career, and he hasn't been able to always make something out of it, so in that sense I question the wisdom in leaving, because it's basically a step down machinery-wise. But I am reminded of Alonso in Renault 08-09 and how he had to fight in the midfield, but he still managed some great results to define his talent despite the car. I think I can see Hamilton doing the same thing, and the Mercedes can certainly improve. Of course being brought up in McLaren, probably everyone thought he would be there for life, but in that sense it could be good for Hamilton's individuality to 'leave the nest.'

Would he even be eligible for a superlicense these days? wait..Schumacher was away for a lot longer...so it should not be a problem.
I don't expect to ever see Kubica in an F1 car again, sadly.
im going to say this, and ill be glad to read it in the future. If i could win the lottery today, i would put all my money to bet on Kubica: He will make an epic comeback and become Formula One Champion.

+1
The speed of Ayrton Senna.
The mind of Alain Prost.
The dedication of Michael Schumacher.
The determination of Alex Zanardi.

Kimi was destined for Ferrari after 2001, only to be poached by Mclaren.

Looks like same could happen with Perez if Hamilton sign out.
