Nice but what Schumacher did there is called blocking. Plain and simple ignorant blocking.
Easy to do when you are starting to become a has-been in Formula 1.

If you have watched the last season you would have seen how Hamilton schooled Schumacher in overtaking.
Catching him off guard several times. He did it to Rosberg but Rosberg is a good driver and did not fell for it.

We all know that Hamilton is talented at overtaking yet a bit accident-prone. if Mercedes provides a decent car and not a usual one from the Crap-cedes lineage he will do well. There is no need I think to post videos that either show Hammy's strong or weak points, he is a known and (respectable) quantity. In any case, who am I to speak, I am no mod.

edit: He will do well that is if he leaves the "clan" out of the garage and focuses on races instead of Nicole's poses or his earings. Its a big risk for Mercedes to invest in an individual who is talented but also spoiled and maybe one of the less consistent drivers in top teams BUT in terms of pure talent his is up there, maybe No1.

the point was simply -
both Hamilton and Schumacher are hard but fair racers with the odd incident due to them trying hard all the time.
Fact is both had very silly incidents in their driving career ...but who are we to judge this .In a world of 5gs acceleration
most of your lifeline is anticipation not reaction time.Get it wrong and you look silly ,simple as that.how long does it take a Formula 1 car to build up maximum decel? no reaction time of a human being can account for this when you are closely following an opponent.

Schumacher showed off his best art by deciding the pace out of that corner.
Eventually Hamilton solved it by undercutting him.
The very overtakes has nothing to do with cars really, its a mental battle on how you outsmart your opponent.

Speed can only get you to the car, brain gets you past the car.
