What if F1 drivers designed their cars ?

i think some drivers have some involvement/input, hasn't Rosberg got a degree or something in engineering? Im sure i read something like that before.....

He scored the highest score ever on the Williams engineering aptitude test, a test that all Williams drivers sit upon joining the team. He was also offered a place on the aeronautical engineering course at Imperial College London, which he declined. He hasn't actually got any formal engineering degree though.

Judging by this I wouldnt like to see what would happen if they had to design it as well...

well if it was to build the car Schumacher would win all day ...he wins every contest when it comes to fitting bits and pieces in those promo events...
He´s a mechanic ,and drove karts long time -one would expect he can handle some spanners...

So we need Hamilton and Schumacher ..Hamsy designing it and Schumacher doing the assembly..
