McLaren doesnt need that kind of motivation to do everything to help Hamilton win the title. They are a racing team, and at any given point will want an additional WDC irrespective of who wins it for them, and irrespective if their newly crowned champion takes off to another team. That has always been, and will continue to be their motivation.
what happen to alonso when he was at Mclaren?

If not for LH, I think Alonso and Mclaren would have won both championships that year.

Are you suggesting that McLaren prejudiced Alonso's chances to win the WDC in 2007? Ron Dennis had a soft corner for Hamilton for sure, but to say that that caused McLaren to hinder Alonso is a bit too far I think.

In fact, if not for Alonso and his whistleblowing out of spite (I don't think anyone would suggest he went to the FIA re Stepneygate out of ethical concerns) McLaren would surely have won the WCC. As regards the WDC, both the drivers and McLaren blew it in equal measure with their mistakes.

You think they'll make their new number 1 driver pull over and give the place to a guy with one foot out the door? Just asking.

They have no nr1 driver. Never had, never will.

And to asnwer your question....if it means they are one step closer to winning a title. YES.

Sebastian Vettel 1.75
Fernando Alonso 2.68

Betfair odds after the Japanese race.

Now now, that's a very selective account. Alonso told Ron that he was going to go to the FIA, forcing Ron's hand. Had Ron not gone to the FIA now that Alonso had told him what had really gone on, and when Alonso had just told him that he was going to tell Max everything, then the repercussions could have been even more severe. Mosely was on a witch hunt at the time with a personal vendetta against Ron and Flavio in particular. Ron did what he did to try and minimise the damage to McLaren caused by Mike Coughlan, de la Rosa, and Alonso - if the FIAs own report into who was involved is accurate (if memory serves other personnel were named as knowing of the technical info but not wanting to be part of it, even if they didn't blow the whistle).

Correct Alonso stitched up his own team, ( a common MO it seems for him).

This is one of the events that led to Ron stepping down.

Either way, he's going down, next race already, who would have thought? (I)
"There is a credit card with the Ferrari logo, issued by Santander, which gives the scuderia a % of purchases made with the card...

I would guess that such a serious amount of money would allow them to ignore the constant complains of a car that was nowhere near as bad as their #1 driver tried to sell throughout the season.

Heck, a car on which Massa finishes in the podium or has to lift so that his teammate finishes ahead (As we saw often in the final races of the year) is, by no means, a "bad" car."

many sources confirmed that alonso apologised to ron that day , but it was all over cause ron went to max to minimise the damage. so i will stand to my statement that ron went to FIA.

Ron told Max, that was confirmed back then.
And became the reason for the second hearing which ended catastrophically for McLaren.

"What are the odds of Alonso losing it ?"

After the Japanese GP, I would say a pretty good chance he won't be WDC this year.

I didn't watch the Japanese GP, but can somebody post a video of the Alonso-Kimi accident ? I'm kinda surprised Alonso, who typically doesn't risk a DNF over defending his position, would crash out.
