IMO Lotus taking on Grosjean and Williams taking on Maldonado (2011 and 2010 GP2 champions, respectively) were part of the catalyst of this boneheadedness in GP2. They see that "oh - if I become champion, it will outweigh any crash-happy habits I have."

They need to look at other aspects of a driver besides the fact that he is the champion of GP2, but IMO most of the drivers in GP2 nowdays are more aggresive than they need.

On the other hand, it's official: Hülkenberg at Sauber in 2013

Sutil to replace Hülkenberg also looks quite convincing.

The most intriguing event that revealed some of the GP2 drivers attitude towards racing and rules was when Canamasas was told to retire in Singapore but he just kept going and ignored all warnings. That guy should be banned from all types of racing.

Robin Frijns is a future F1 WC, I've already had my prediction right about him becoming FR 3.5 champion, this one will be correct as well!
"There is a credit card with the Ferrari logo, issued by Santander, which gives the scuderia a % of purchases made with the card...

I would guess that such a serious amount of money would allow them to ignore the constant complains of a car that was nowhere near as bad as their #1 driver tried to sell throughout the season.

Heck, a car on which Massa finishes in the podium or has to lift so that his teammate finishes ahead (As we saw often in the final races of the year) is, by no means, a "bad" car."

I think it'll be between Sutil and Jaime. I'd be somewhat surprised if they choose Bianchi over those two to be honest. Force India have never gone for pay drivers so I'm not sure about anyone else. Perhaps Force India will choose both Sutil and Jaime, giving Jaime some Friday runs and prep him for 2014, as they sometimes do.

I´m not so sure about that one.. I think the one who looks the most promising is Da Costa.

Agreed. If you were to adjust the season by multiplying da Costa's points by 18/13, or taken away the 5 worst results of the other contenders - da Costa would have been champion.

We shouldn't forget Da Costa had no pressure on him of a Championship battle. But he looks very promising indeed.

I think we can't overlook Frijns.

His results so far:

Formula BMW Europe 2009 3rd (rookie of the year)
Formula BMW Europe 2010 WC
Formula Renault 2.0 2011 WC (rookie)
Formula Renault 3.5 2012 WC (rookie)

Unlike the rest of the team who are thoroughly pissed off the wrong one is leaving. There really isn't much love around the factory for the *dour Scotsman

(which is putting it nicely)

Rumour is that they may actually take a paid driver ! There has been some movement on the money side apparently and Otmar told everyone today the future looks bright, the future looks orange (and green and white etc)

Force India seat is down to these drivers:

Jamie Alguersuari - Has budget now, and with Pirelli 2013 tyre development behind him is a widley fancied driver
Adrian Sutil - Has minimal budget, but has been seen frequently in FI hospitality this year, however may have Visa troubles in at least 6 countries now.
Heikki Kovalinenn - No budget, but solid driver, and posibly the best one on the table, but not best buisness wise.
Luiz Razia, has a decent budget, however not fancied as he is a rookie, posible FP1 driver for 2013 for FI doing a Bottas.
Jules Bianchi - Has a budget, but may have seat paid for by FDA as they may want to have a alternitive ready to replace Massa if Hulk dosnt do much at Sauber.
Charles Pic - Has budget, but linked to Caterham drive.

Id recon it will be Di Resta with Bianchi and Razia as FP1 driver. As i think this will give best ballance for the team.

I also think that Sauber are looking at keeping Kamui as long as he can bring €10m to team, with Guitteriez as a FP1 driver for 15 GP this year doing a Bottas.

Williams will be Maldanado and Bottas i think with Wolff and one other as Test/Reserve drivers.

Lotus i think will retain Grosjean, but probably keep D'Ambrosio on as TD/RD. However D'Ambrosio will get FP1 spots and two half days in Testing in order to have a replacement for Grosjean if things dont work out at the team or in the stewards room.

Caterham i think will be all new, Van Der Garde is a given in Petrovs seat, however i also think P1 Constructors table dependant, it is between Pic and Senna, Senna if they keep P10 and Pic if they dont.

Marussia have retained Glock, and will probably take Chilton from GP2, they will have Tio Elias and Rio Harianto as TD/RD for 2013.

HRT seem to be set on De la Rose and Clos for 2013 with Ma doing a Bottas with a WSR campaign as well id recon.

What we can be quite sure on is they will meet again. This time in a STR and in equal cars.
I think RBR is growing a bit impatient and might kick out both drivers at the end of next year unless they make a statement that they can either replace Vettel or drive alongside.
