So the FIA is getting a lot more money starting next year, from what I understand. With that in mind, a lot of people shake their fists at the FIA for being too slow and/or stupid to recognize some of the more innovative solutions - I'm specifically thinking of the flexi-wing saga of the last couple years.
Question: Will any of this extra money be used to improve rule enforcement (in any area)?
