Still nice to see HRT is not falling back compared to Virgin and that is certainly a good sign .Hopefully they find sponsorship money also arriving on their account so they can develop from here.

LPS has said to Marca today that the F113 has been in design since June with the new Chief Designer Mark Tatham.

The immediate problem is money. I would guess that HRT are now running components well beyond the time/ kilometre expiry. The lack of budget is going to have a knockon effect on how they can improve for 2013. They still haven't made an announcement on the power train for 2013 and your design has to be finalised by now to make preseason testing.

I can't see them having such a bad start to the season. I think they'll miss the first test but not much and they'll Qualify easily for Australia.

I think it's a bit more serious than that. It seems that HRT have until the 2nd December to find a buyer or the bank forecloses. It remains to be seen what any potential buyer would get. It looked like they stopped doing any meaningful work on theis present chassis due to lack of funds and they might not have done enough ground work to ensure a chassis for next year. So one could purchase a team and still not be ready for the start of the season.

Thesan Capital was always going to put the team up for sale, just a shock that its so early.

The team stopped working on the F112 in September.

I cant see them having made any money from this team, but if you can show me otherwise i might believe it.
