Calling Ferrari the best team in the world is a bit of a stretch, isn't it. When did they last win a championship? And didn't their technical director just tell the public that all their procedures will have to reviewed and significantly improved to become really competitive. And isn't their wind tunnel screwed up for several years in a row because the can't calibrate it? Yeah, if anyone it could be him. Although I remember Coulthard complained about Hakkinen breaking some informal agreements at the Australian GP 1998.
