expect them to do this every year when they race in china. just as red bull did the star wars and superman marketing at monaco for the last 2 years or so, then expect honda to go with the 555 livery perpetually.

I didn't realize that one.. neat... but didn't Jordan have the Benson & Hedges too?
Jordan used the Be on Edge at europian races and Benson and Hedges at others. I'm not sure if they were still sponsered by them when Midland first took over but I think they kept Be on Edge on the cars so people wouldn't forget they were still Jordans even though they kept the lush bright yellow livery as well.
One team, two cars, identical liveries.. I hate it. It's hard to pick the driver's apart without recognizing the helmet or the colors of the camera on the top of the airbox. If the FIA would do a 180, make the teams have different sponsors for each car, owned by different parent companies, it would add a lot of sponsorship slash to the grid, and make each car unique and different. As well, it would drive a stake into the dreaded monster, "team orders" and make it a dead issue. Who would dare follow team orders and screw over the sponsor of the car that yielded? It would lead to massive lawsuits, and not make it worthwhile to follow team orders.
I miss the John Player's black and gold Lotus, they were wonderful.
i dont think different liveries in the same team is a good idea, no association with eachother, what needs to happen (and Sam Posey agrees with me) is the FIA has to bring back the big numbers on the sides of the cars like in the old days....
my proposal for next years livery
