The updated cascade provides more surface area to essentially the main cascade as there is no barrier between the two cascades now, so there is no disconnect or multiple vortices supplied by the flow the new design yields.

We haven't seen the back of the car yet, so I think at this point it is safe to assume that towards the front area of the car that this cascade change is the only change. Hopefully we'll see something at the back later.

massive degradation tyres for mercedes. Not good for race.
