Why?

Is Porsche Le Mans a F1 team?

I doubt Vergne or Hulkenberg really have a chance here.
Vergne has been clearly the better driver in races over their 14 month partnership.

Hulkenberg will surely be discussed at RB but I suspect he will end up replacing Massa when the time comes.

Kimi's contract is up at end of year so he's definitely a possibility. I guess it'll probably depend on what lotus can give him this year and convince him of for the following year. You'd have to bet on RBR producing the better 2014 car though.

Misleading title is misleading. Can't blame Webber, I'd do the same thing in his shoes. I think Vergne would be the one to step up as Hulk will likely take Massa's seat. I don't think Kimi will leave Lotus as he is happy there.

Danica has no incentive to move to F1. She makes a lot of money and has endless 50 year-old men drooling over her in Nascar without even doing all that well. Why would she move across the ocean and have to prove herself driving for a backmarker? It's not like McLaren would give her ten million a year...

As a sidenote it's funny how photographers are always killing themselves trying to make her look long and slim.

What's funny is the irony of Susie Wolff's response. She's implicitly endorsing his point of view.

I could believe that more than a move to RB. While I think Mateschitz is almost certainly a Vettel fanboy, eventually, the will to have two excellent drivers will win out, and one of Kimi or Ricciardo will get it.

Anyway, about Kimi to Red Bull, why would he move to a team where Vettel is going to blatantly disobey the rules? People thought joining Alonso at Ferrari or Hamilton at McLaren was entering the lion's den, but jeez, this is a whole new level. The institution itself appears to be stacked against whoever comes in.

Red Schneider, this situation about Vettel Kimi teammates, reminds me much on Alonso Renault Mclaren era.
He win 2 championships in row, Vettel three, he win against Schumacher and Kimi as main opponents, Vettel did with Hamilton, Button, Alonso and Raikkonen, and had privilage of first driver, Alonso in Fisichella and Vettel in Webber, but they werent exactly number 2 in team if you know what i mean.

Let's not forget what happend next to Alonso, who was God of F1 in that time, untouchable and his skills were praised exactly as Gods, just like now are Vettel's. He was reincarnation of Schumacher, and his domination was meant to begun, same is for Vettel reincarnation, maginficent German...bla bla.

On the end Alonso was destroyed humiliated and defeated by a rookie, and sold his team for payback. I just dont want to Vettel fans wont going through something similar if, big IF, Raikkonen came in Red Bull and wont be just a 2nd driver.

Ego destroyed Alonso in his pure enjoyment of racing, and later become more politic involved guy. Vettel is on crossroad of similar path.

It's bound to happen sooner or later. A teams #2 driver gets increasingly agitated as he gets better and better over the years realizing he will never be able show this true greatness behind the wheel......and become more a distraction race after race.

Vettel's disservice at Malaysian Grand Prix has now created an uncontrollable distraction at RBR for the better part of the current season

The rest of te season can go two ways... either Webber will be motivated to perform in his last season and beat Vettel... or he will lose motivation and fall behind. If it's the latter then RBR's chance of a WCC will be in serious trouble.

Kimi's contract will run out end of this year. I wonder what will it be like to have Kimi and Seb as teammates. hmm..

Otherwise, I am hoping that Daniel Ricciardo will join RB. Vergne is performing a lot less than Ricciardo now but it is too early to conclude.

Ricciardo vs Vergne.
That's a bit similar to Hamilton vs Button.
Ric has got the speed but looses out with tyre wear. Vergne is the direct opposite.
Eddie Jordan said " you can always make a fast driver tame his speed but you can never make a slow driver go fast". In that regard, Ricciardo's natural speed gives him more room to grow.

Regarding team order, I think it makes more sense to have a clear #1 and #2 at some point mid season.
1. This will stop the two driver's power struggle.
2. Dedicate resource to #1 driver first so that he will no suffer reliability problems. Even if you have unlimited resources, you do not have unlimited time between races (or events). Moreover, there are curfews. So you only have time to finish one car, why not focused a clear #1 driver first?
3. #2 driver plays the sacrificial role. (which I really don't like ).

Although I hate it as a F1 audience, I think Ferrari's set up is the most logical.

I am sorry if the photo of Danica Patrick in swim suit has offended you guys in this forum.

I actually thought that having Danica driving for RBR will generate lots of positive publicity for F1 in USA.

I'm sure it would, but what did the swimsuit have to do with anything? If she's a driver, talk about her as a driver, not as something to fap to.
