Heikki Kovalainen will be there for the 3rd time and he hasn't won even a race in F1. Heck, he hasn't even raced there yet. He didn't win the GP2 champ either. Actually, he hasn't won anything major to make him one of the best in the world.
He did win the Race of the Champions two years ago though.

Beating Loeb in a WRC car, a car which should be more than familiar to Loeb and Heikki hasn't even sat in a rallycar before. Schumi was too slow too.
My point is that it's just a show. Sure they all drive seriously, but it's still just a show. It's not the ultimate race to settle who's the fastest guy in the world. And I say that only because Heikki didn't win last year! j/k
