Ferrari have reportedly made another key appointment this year as the team managed to sign Dirk De Beer, Lotus' current head of aerodynamics. He is expected to begin work at the end of the year.

Yes, Rory Byrne's interviews to South African media outlets have indicated that he is only helping Fry organise the various sub teams of the technical department at Maranello. Odd, isn't it? IMO that depends on what you read in "organise". Maybe his job is to review the results of subteams and decide which way to go?
