Clever, very clever. You bet for Raikonnen and get nothing if Räikkönen wins?

What exactly does it all mean?

If I put £10 on Massa how much would I get if he won?
and Alonso?

Just multiply money with number next to driver's name.

Massa: £10 x 4.5 = £45

BTW, has anyone seen odds for Australian GP?

Those are also odds for betting on WDC, not for a single GP, Australian that is.

So, whats the line on how many races Fisi survives before Piquet gets his ride?

Piquet gets the ride when F1 returns to Europe after 3 races (Spanish GP) or at worst after 7 races when F1 returns from America (French GP).

Lewis Hamilton & Kubica have to be worth a punt at those odds.
