F1 Teams of 2015

So i didnt know where to put this discussion but since its about future teams i felt it belonged in here.

Autosport is reporting that Gene Haas has plans for a new american F1 team, http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/112160

2010 and now 2015...why don't they try and bring new teams in when the rule change, rather than a year after - might give the new teams more chance of being competitive (really will be interesting to see how Caterham and Marussia do this year)...

...would be good to see someone of his pedigree entering F1 though.

Worryingly I suspect it's more likely that we'll see Stefan GP given the slot... :-/
