I wonder, what does '110' stand for in the new Mercedes engine's name FO 110M V10??? :?:

I can’t answer your question, but they started with this engine designation in 1995 I think.
An uneducated guess will be FO 110 stands for "FOrmula 1" 10 cylinders :?:

Anyway I'm pretty sure 110 it's not the V angle, if that's what you might be thinking... :)

I found this on Atlas F1.

FO110x V10 engine.
The Serial Number Code stands for: FO = Formula One
1 = Mercedes series design
10 = 10 cylinders
x = the current evolution of the initial design
V10 Configuration

Seems to make sense.
