Too me, it just looks like they have changed there livery a slight bit, we will soon see what the changes are tomorrow!

As Scarbs already said, it's the Y250 Area of the Front Wing.

Also RW endplates are painted green instead of black.

As Scarbs said aldready. I also belive that is close up shot from above into the area where are lower base plane and 1 st flap of FW (flap tip is sligtly bends downwards).

Look i mark that area with two circles... They obviously made some changes in livery of the car....

Could it be an aerodynamic faring at the end of the front wing directly in front of the tire? Essentially replacing the first couple wing elements? Not sure. Very interesting tease pic.

No it's literally the same front wing as Jerez with a green and white paint scheme. It's what the instagram was about.
