I'm personally just keen to see how the rest of the weekend pans out.

Although I'm currently sitting at turn one and was blown away by the sound of the new engines. Although not as loud, they are definitely no less impressive sounding than the v8s

Just popped up onto the 14th floor balcony of the office I work in at the Docklands and we cant hear the F1 cars at all when they are running - we can hear the V8 Super Cars when they are out tho.

Just to note the live timing link / pit lane link have now both reverted to the general SkyF1 HD channel.

Apologies guys!
If someone said to me that you can have three wishes, my first would have been to get into racing, my second to be in Formula 1, my third to drive for Ferrari.

Ricciardo did 26 laps, Vettel only 10. Anybody know why?

Vergne did 30 and Kvyat did 27. Looks like the Renault engine can do it. So what's up with Lotus?

I'm so stoked, can't wait for this season to start. My money is on Raikkonen for the race win, but Alonso for WDC!

HAHA Raikkonen cracks me up "I couldn't get first gear ummm so" Crew "ok hold on...nope switch off" Raikkonen: "Ok do you guys think you can come down and pick me up?"

Vettel is through on the softs and it's the best non-Rosberg time so far, a 1m30.381s. So still 0.6s slower than the Mercedes.

But still faster than everybody else.

He was back to back testing the new front wing whilst doing a little bit of suspension setup. Now he's done his "quali" sim, albeit with a fair chunk of fuel IMHO. So he's on the same program as the others now just a few minutes behind.

haha funny video :D

But you know fans can dress up as Lewis with helmet and come in like that, so we cant blame the security guard for being over cautious

Mercedes has the best car.
Ferrari is solid and should compete for a podium.
Red Bull is Q3 material quite easily already.
Williams fast lap was nothing to write home about, but Bottas race sim was really good.

Tyres might be too durable...
