I spent Friday night in the middle of local Kielder Forest enjoying the 2007 Pirelli International Rally. Unfortunetly the organisers had descided to run the Historics for the first 2 hours (during daylight) which meant that by the time the International Class cars and drivers came through at full screaming throttle it was too dark to tell them apart and getting a decent photo became near impossible even for the pro photographers with their expensive flash equipment.

(I developed a system of piggybacking on the super flashes the pro photographers use by taking my photo at the same time as theirs, that's why you can see a bright white light just behind the cars on the last 2 dark shots)
