It depends if you're talking about an exciting race or good to watch...I usually go to Silverstone and I can reccommend standing on the inside of Copse and watching the cars coming through and going through maggotts, definitely hairs on the back of the neck stuff. Stowe is pretty good too...
But we have had some pretty dull races there the last few years...although we do get a couple of crackers like '92, '95 and I think 2003...
Personally I really want to go back to Le Mans soon, for an awesome weekend I'd save your money for that :) But I wouldn't go to Magny Cours...

I ordered mine 5 months ago

I reallly can't anwser your question mate, as I have only been in the San Marino GP 2006, which was great. I think that every GP is amazing on live, even the most boring race its amazing there!

It doesn't really matter which circuit you pick, it's about position you watch from.

High speed corners tend to be interesting for few minutes then become very repetitive since you see same action over and over, unless incident occurs.

I admire hard braking corners where you acutally can see the acceleration and braking of car. Even understeer/oversteer etc. Maybe some overtaking and so.
The trouble with the rat-race is that even if you win, you're still a rat.

(The reason why we're so late was that we tried to get press access...but no success)

Where will you sit? Maybe we should meet up with the F1Technical fans that will be going to Francorchamps

I'm not so sure one would call it the best, but I wouldn't mind watching the USGP live. I've read that one can see the entire course from most anywhere in the stands.

That sounds cool.

It helps you get a good overview of the race. Last year the big TV screens at silverstone were pretty much useless because they were covered by sunshine, at least at some parts of the track.

So you mean you travel 1000 miles to watch the F1 live and then watch it on circuit TV?!!Ha ha...
Seriously though the number of people at Silverstone last year that were watching the big screen TVs was ridiculous. I do normally too, but this was during the time the cars were going past us at Becketts and people actually had their backs turned to the track, why go to all the trouble to buy the tickets in the first place...
But MotoGP is also a much better option, 3 world championship races and a couple of extra support races on race day :) I'm looking at going to Assen next...
