Scuderia Toro Rosso has announced that Carlos Sainz will join the team with immediate effect. It means that our driver line-up for the 2015 season is now established as Max Verstappen and Carlo Sainz.

That was from the 6th November though - before the Brazilian race where Jenson owned his team mate and then some, and which may prove pivotal to Mclaren keeping Jenson on.
Where are you guys seeing S v.Dorne being placed when he is able to enter F1 -he is the real deal... So KMag is getting the flick end of next year anyways...

Whilst clearly Sainz won't end up at McLaren, I can well believe the rumours that RB have asked him to bring funding to secure a Toro Rosso seat.
If RB were truly sold on him, they would've announced him as soon as they promoted Kvyat, or as soon as he was finished in F3.5. Ultimately, quite the opposite has happened, with Vergne discussing a new deal, and Horner saying they will take a look at 3 Juniors at the test.
I wonder if they square the circle with this, and keep both Magnussen and Button? Button keeps his race seat, Magnussen moves to the test team, with a contract to come into the race squad after 1-2 years? McLaren can benefit from Jenson's experience during the transition, and build Magnussen into the next Hamilton.
If that's the decision facing Magnussen it's a no brainer. I mean frankly would you want to leave a resurgent McLaren with Honda and Alonso arriving? And probably have to pay millions for a drive elsewhere? Or settle for a development seat - one he should have probably got to begin with - with a decent salary and rock solid promise of a race seat when Jenson retires in 2017, in what by then would be a prime car?

like said above....nothing suspicious. just a man contracted with Mercedes and not with Honda.
Turvey and Vandoorne are testers enough.

I wonder if price money + 2 paydrivers would be enough to keep caterham running next year you need just a new ruleconformal nose and someone able and willing to produce parts .If the administrators have the tooling and the intelectual property it should be quite reasonable-no development cost-and a core team of say 40 headcount and they would be making money....
sure at one point the car will not be capable of achieving the 107% anymore but I doubt this will be early next year already.Sure it may be a little bit more involved than this -Renault need to rework the PU and RedBull might bring a new gearbox...so a few bits and pieces may need to be new designs but heck maybe they could just buy the complete rearend from Toro Rosso then.
