Really?, the comparison will obviously be

Comparing with F1 is a nosense, FE power and downforce are similar to F3, not F1

Comparing with F1 FE cars are heavier, with around a quarter of the power, and probably not even a quarter of the downforce

Not even the tires are comparable, FE tires must last a whole GP with qualifying, free practice and race, so even if they´d have same power and downforce they still will be much slower

There will be no comparison.
Other than actual overtaking maybe.

Everything Andres125sx has said is why they are using a different layout to the F1 circuit so that there isnt laptime comparisons.

i was at the race personally today.

Good to see the crowd was pretty enthusiastic. A lot of cheering and reactions throughout the race. The race was a tad boring but not every race can be a classic. Perfect drive by Piquet, good win.

From "George" at F1fanatic. Comparison vs. Indycar over the same corners of Long Beach. (And a great resource page for future comparisons, cool concept!)

Re: Formula E

It was a fun race, as usually, specially first part.

Six different winners for six races. Only 4 left and looks like DiGrassi, Piquet and Prost are the main contenders for the championship. Maybe Buemi and Bird, if they manage to win some of the next races could fight for it too

edit: driver standings show 11 rounds, two last on UK.... is that a mistake or they´ll race twice there? Calendar only show 10 races, as it was initially planned so I guess it must be a mistake :?:
