You might want to try a quick search at http://www.deviantart.com. Not the usual place to look for F1 pictures, I know, but some of the pictures there are just great. Try "F1 car" or "F1 solidworks" or something like that in the search box. and don't forget to pay attention to owners rights.

That would be quite easy to create with Adobe Illustrator.
