Unfortunately no sector times in that little lot, but top speeds are on the final page... Nissan no longer have the highest top speed, but it is pretty tight with all LMP1-H's covered by 4.1 kph... Not quite so close where it matters of course; overall lap average being 31.9kph difference between the fastest and slowest LMP1-H's....
It's a shame Nissan can't get their hybrid system working properly. I really enjoy watching the the development race by the teams pushing this type of technology. Hats off to Porsche this year for setting some early benchmarks.. As always though, reliability is key! Not to be another F1 vs WEC commentator, but really it is exciting as a fan to see this in motorsport.
Nissan is actually out of the 110% window necessary for start the race (like the 107% rules in F1).
In fact, Nissan will not take part to the race but in practice, I can't imagine that. I think, the ACO will ask the different team about the participation of Nissan to the event.

Thought it was the Esses just before the right hander onto the straight.
Yeah that was the one I described, don't know it's name out of the back of the head. Thought it was called dunlop as it was the corner after going through the Dunlop arch
I thought that all that talk about the Nissan project being a major cock up was fake. But this performance from Nissan is SHOCKING. To be 20 sec off the pole time and even been out qualified by the ByKolles car that has been a real dog the whole season. The Rebellion is atleast within 10sec of pole with far less resources. Nissan should pack up and save the embarrassment of being outpaced by LMP2 cars. The worst marketing for Nissan in years so far, this debacle. The even didn't build a engine for this project they just took the engine from the Super Formula project. Ben Bowlby please design a car that actually works...wannabe Gordon Murray. Don't understand why Nissan would tarnish they reputation in this major way. Should have skipped their entry this year after their poor test results.
Irvine:"If you don't have a good car you can't win it, unless you are Michael or Senna. Lots of guys won in Adrian Newey's cars, big deal. Adrian is the real genius out there, there is Senna, there is Michael and there is Newey. They were the three great talents."
