Bottas comments:

"We have one front wing to try on Friday and if it's better I am going to be allowed to use it. The rules [in the team] are that if there is only one bit then the one in front in the points gets it first. It should be an interesting test because for the future development it is an important direction they have gone with the wing.

"Let's see, hopefully it works well and here I think the cooling of our car is not going to be a problem at all, you never know. It seems like a lot of people are saying we are going to struggle here massively, but last year we were more or less the same level of competitiveness and I qualified P3. I'm not giving up and there is a possibility for a good weekend."

That's not even Hungary that's Silverstone, you can tell by the "Sure" instead of "Rexona".

According to Albert Fabregas on twitter the wing is still making it's way from the factory to the track.

The pic is too dark but had my 1st look at the front wing. Not as dramatic as the merc. But has the arched outer span .
Also theres a new vane on the endplate.
