What in blazes are you talking about? Get your facts & guesstimates close, if not correct, before you use it.manchild wrote:Don't forget that he is a politician too and that he inherited his fathers wealth that obviously dates from their Raja title. So he didn't earn a thing but only increased wealth his ancestors gained through exploitation of poor including slaves and child labor. Such wealths made on exploitation under caste system should be nationalized because those who made that money for their owners and bosses never got paid for the work they've done.
Population 1.129.866.154, 25% = 282.466.538 below poverty line. If 1/4 is below poverty line than probably 2/4 and more are very poor. I dare to guess that over 1 billion is poor and that all of middle class and well situated are among remaining 129.866.154.

Spot On.Since, when are only the rich people responsible for the world's illiteracy, poverty & health problems? Isn't that moral problem for all of us to help in conjuction with all wealthy countries & respective governments?
I appreciate your concern for the poor in India, but poverty is prevalent in all countries including rich industrialized ones. We all have a moral obligation to do something about it?
MC: in Argentina (3rd world country) an average worker (Homers) earns less than 500 euros a month. Average workers from the same -multinational- companies (Homers) earns in europe more than 1500 euros.manchild wrote:I've quoted the source of my facts and figures, please read carefully.
What most of you who stand behind this Team India guy don't understand if following:
Countryman of Bernie or Mr.Burns (western billionaire) can provide themselves and their families with plenty of food, clothing, house, heating during winter, education, health care etc. because Mr.Burnses pay them correctly.
Countryman of Mr. Team India and rich guys from the third world can't provide themselves and their families with plenty of food, clothing, house, heating during winter, education, health care etc. because Mr.Team Indias don't pay them correctly.
I don't know about Narain ... but if everything "goes to plan", it's very likely you'll see Karun Chandhok's debut in F1 in 2009. "Who?" you may ask. Well, this guy (link) ...Belatti wrote:To answer kurtiejjj, I only hope that Narhain Karthikeyan (or whatever his name is) stays out of GPs. Oversimplified or not, I see what you mean, but it is not like that.checkered wrote:On your point about the pay in different parts of the World, I don't want to delve too deep into the economics of it, but it's not unheard of that in a country where the paycheck is 1.500/mo, 1 kg of rice costs 1,50 ... and ina country where the paycheck is 500/mo, the same amount costs 0,50.
Please don't come back at me saying this is oversimplified, because it is. It's just that the cost of financial independence varies just as much as pay does. Still, from time to time, people travel long distances to set foot on those gilded streets of legends.
Nooo? Why? The F1 team kept having to BAIL OUT the car firm!!! They can now use all their income on developing the car. New wind tunnel is now on line and developments have been very promising. The new owners, are going to tap into the booming Indian market....I expect Tata etc are going to use the oppertunity to advertise to a global market.mx_tifosi wrote:Nooooooo ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

....There are still some "minor differences of opinion" with Force India to clear up.
A number of issues of relative minor financial importance -- according to our expectations -- are still outstanding," Spyker confirmed.
"Unfortunately ... as per today, (Spyker) has still not reached full and final agreement with Orange India," it added.
