[WEC] Audi R18 TDI e-Tron Quattro 2016

I've been hoping someone would upload the races to Usenet but no luck unfortunately.

I refuse to pay that crook Murdoch $50 a month for his monopoly pay tv service!

Too all those complaining about coverage, you can buy a pass to watch all the races on the WEC website for IIRC around 30 euro a year. It's not at the level of the MotoGP online stuff, but you still get a live feed with no ads and onboard pictures from a few cars (this year they had all the manufacturer LMP1 cars, some lmp2 and GTE cars).

That's a reasonable price but I dont watch Motorsports on a 24" computer screen - If there was a WEC app for my Roku and comparable Sub (like the NFL aka Gridiron) I'd sign up straight away, but there isnt.

Seems stupid to ask but does that include Le Mans?

I ask because on the site...

My tablet has a mini-hdmi socket so I can display whatever is on my tablet on my TV. My TV also has USB so I can power my tablet while doing so.

Pretty sure a Le Mans pass is separate because it is an ACO event and not an FIA one.

It included Le Mans. The commentary team was different.

First look at the Audi R18 e-tron quattro on track for a test session at Sebring
changes for the 2016 car, including a step up to the 6MJ hybrid and a switch to battery technology, as pointed out in earlier posts

And Audi has launched their 2016 R18(again). Probably the high downforce package, and the earlier package was for Le Mans.

Unfortunately this thing makes even the r15 (which was an absolute abortion) look good. It has single handedly brought the entire field's LMP1 looks by at least 50%, and that's with the update that made it look 100% better.
