Well Max has a 3 year contract with RBR and Carlos only a 1 year contract. But my guess will be that they both will be at Torro Rosso next year. For me this is the best drivers pair of the grid because it are both rookies and doing very well when the cars won't break down on them.

It's a bunch of rubbish. Verstappen and Sainz have been outstanding in my opinion. Personally, I can't split them but if I was pushed to pick one it would be Verstappen simply because of some of his passes.

It looks like the two rookies will have a Ferrari engine, while Red Bull will continue onward with the Renault engine. This could get interesting.
