The rear wing support looks different, and beefier.
Given the recent technical directive I wonder if it was Renault that was trying to use the waste gate as a fluid switch for a double DRS.

That seems to be the case.

This was a "Hi! we're here!" presentation to confirm the driver lineup and show off the new sponsors.

I wouldn't be surprised if the 'real' car is still a B-spec E23 with new aero parts and some modifications to fit the Renault engine. Given the financial mess Lotus was in last year that was likely there only option. Renault came into the game way too late in the year to make the decision to make a new car from scratch. This is a transitional year for the team after all.
