I think Ferrari will have it because they already tried it, maybe also Haas. Williams I think will have it because of their philosophy change...
RB,TR,and FI and McLaren carry the Red Bull philosophy and so they prob. don't need it.

Ferrari had it last Year already and RB had their own Version of it aswell. I think most Teams except Manor will at least try this or a similar solution (see Red Bull).

Not sure where to put Haas yet.
