Do teams design new monocoques every year?

Guys, small question, does F1 teams build the new monocoque each season or they can use the same constructions for 2 seasons? F.e. like in LMP1 where the teams can use the same monocoque for 2 seasons (Porsche 919 2015 and 2016)

They can sometimes use a tub for a second season (when the rules don't change too much), last time this happened was last year, when manor ran the Marussia tubs from the year before. But the top teams use two or three tubs per driver per year. This way they can run with small tolerances and shed some weight.

Jolle, I mean the +- same construction, not that way that they use the old unit but the same construction. For examle, is the monocoque of w07 the same to w06? Or Rb12 monocoque the same to rb11.

Depends on the rules, but most years there are slight modifications. Within years of steady rules teams generally make evolutions instead of a whole new design.
