Ground Effect 1979/1980 Regulations

Afternoon all,

I'm currently completing a Motorsport degree under the university of Bath, my project is on F1 ground effect cars (focusing on the FW07) although I need to relate my findings to regulations, would anyone have any F1 regulations from 1979 or 1980 or know where they could be obtained from.

Just out of curiosity: What are you looking for in the regulations? I'd think they didn't even mention anything about ground effect up until it was forbidden.
