According to motorsport.com it's just a concept. They won the tender but they haven't settled on a final design yet as the car is still in development.
But the final car may be even more radical, according to motorsport too
It is known that separate visuals have been shown to teams in recent weeks, bearing an even more radical depiction as to how the season five cars will look.
The exact details may differ as there´s still a long time before its debut, so still under development, but I guess the concept will be similar

The end of what?
you will find out soon enough.

btw: if Liberty had a say in this, F1 is so doomed.
Finishing races is important, but racing is more important.

Any reason to make statements you´re not prepared to explain?

If it is coming this bad ("open wheel" (former  )monoposto design FE), the higher entity maybe had enough of it, of us.

Why Formula E has not added a bike race to the package?

Electric Bikes not relevant?

Maybe because it is Formula E instead of Moto E

Actually, a "Moto E" series doesn't sound like a bad idea at all (though they probably shouldn't drive on FE tracks given that they're street circuits)
If you no longer go for the space someone always has to leave, you're no longer a racing driver

Why not use the same tracks?
At least they'd be able to do more than one lap of the circuit, unlike at the Isle of Man..

It might look something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hy9bK5kDlFs
"Well, we knocked the bastard off!"

Ed Hilary on being 1st to top Mt Everest,
(& 1st to do a surface traverse across Antarctica,
in good Kiwi style - riding a Massey Ferguson farm
tractor - with a few extemporised mod's to hack the task).

Maybe a bit dangerous but the racing would be awesome in comparison to the FE car race. But most circuits still look safer than the Macau circuit where the superbikes are allowed.

The problem is that the Moto E race will the main attraction and FE race will be a side show. With all the manufacture interest in FE this will not be a great idea.

Out of interest what is the rated power of the Isle of Mann Zero TT bikes? 125HP? Close to a Moto2?

Hard to say, their average speed is between the 600cc side cars and the 650cc lightweights, quite a lot slower than the super sports.

Weight limit is between 100kg and 300kg, not sure how heavy the electric bikes are which makes it hard to say what the power is.

BMW to join Formula E in 2018.

Electric is the future, F1 has to adopt, merge, or face extinction.
