Yes, looking back at the photo it seems those are actually the fuel tank lids. Photo is not very clear so I can see why he got confused.

Guys this is last year car, look at the rear wing. Also the red circle in the picture above is the fuel cap. You surely can't expect to have a car build and painted 30 days before starting of winter testing, teams are always pushing to the last day possible before they assemble the car and send it for testing.
