F1 is a very very good investment for a car producer, and if merc, Ferrari, Renault are in, it means that's the best way to use their money. They would be putting their money elsewhere if that means more comeback for their businnes.
"Honda if it's the last or first is pretty much the same".. No need to commentate such idiocy..
"A work team cost a lot, and the reward is A LOT MORE than the costs". McLaren gained a lot with their P1 derived directly from their f1 cars.
Do you have an idea how much Mercedes, red bull and ferrari and McLaren gained from their success in f1? More than you can imagine.
Sorry, but I hate reading bullshit on a technical forum
yeah? where is all others? the biggest car companys? vw group? toyota? ford? bmw ? they dont want to hear about f1 ...only renault have work team again after quit and mercedes for 1st time 5 years now ...ferrari its special category ..honda-toyota-bmw left with no new entry for years and only honda come back .a work team need 500milions ..this companys with 500m thay can sell 1m cars ..where is the bullshit ?.. mclaren ferrari and red bull its not in this category ferrari and mclaren making f1 for the road not a car ..its the same laferrari and p1 and ford focus? or toyota auris? you think porsche or lambo its down of them?...it is other story company arround f1 with f1 products and other story is car companys..
