Replaced Sauber roll hoop with Ferrari's floor. The former has been seen before in similar iterations by Caterham & Merc.

Ferrari have used that style of arb for years. It was detailed in Peter Wright's book on the 2001 Ferrari.

Interesting. Have not noticed it before this year. Had they previously been mounted more inboard?

My ""perfect"" 2017 f1 car has
-Merc/STR nose
-Ferrari S-duct
-Merc/STR front and rear upper and lower wishbones
-Ferrari inspired sidepods
-Renault airbox intake
-STR engine oil radiators
-Merc split turbo and water-air intercooler
-no shark fin and T-wing
-STR length/wheelbase
...

The most interesting thing is that the Ferrari isn't the 3rd fastest car and they have pulled themselves out of the mire of underachievement.

Specially though that wierd winged sidepod inlet they have is very interesting, it's a bit of an optical illusion when you look at it from different angles.

^ True but can they keep it up through the second half of the season, that would really be amazing.
