I am so disappointed in Honda this year. I knew they were a bit arrogant but this is just another level of arrogancy. Have seen them ignoring the opinions of others, even their own riders for years, which had resulted in being uncompetitive for a long time in MOTOGP, they even lost their star rider Rossi to Yamaha. Same thing's happening here, they won't take outside help, won't set up their main base in England, what are they trying to accomplish here?

"We thought it would be easy"--seems like they are trying to give themselves a mountain to climb so they can brag about overcoming such a huge obstacle when they finally do succeed. Embarrassing to see such a huge corporation in shambles like this.

When Marko thanked Mclaren for blocking them from taking Honda PU even i felt ashamed, being a fan of Honda all my life. But not seeing a single reaction from Honda as results go bad to worse.

Awful just awful, leave F1 and save us the blushes.

Just when I thought we'd seen the worst... Not even starting a race. I can't even remember a car not starting the race (except due to crash).
In 2015 Magnussen's Mclaren Honda blew its engine on the way to the grid or formation lap although maybe this counts as a start?

Nothing has changed since Australia. This is all kind of expected after testing, you're all flogging a dead horse.

Ironically - Jenson Button, McLaren Honda, Bahrain 2015 (ERS failure). I sense some similarities!

I feel like you. ( but I just dont want them to quit ) They have to change something. They have to open all knowledge. It is not important where the knowledge come from. Then they can work on it with their way. I dont know I hope they will do something good soon otherwise very few hopeful fans too will lost hopes

What we are seeing now is 2015 levels of deficit Honda had to the Mercedes. The drivers are totally powerless to do anything about it. The chassis looks solid if not great as we clearly saw Alonso was quicker than the Torro Rosso and Renault in corners. This is embarrassing and Honda need to do something about it and soon. This cannot go on any longer.

What's your analysis of the race techman?

Techman? You there?

(sorry I couldn't help myself)

On a serious note, this was unbearable to watch. I just hope they can do something in the test. If its stuck in the garage for most of the day then well that's it for me. When Alonso moved to McLaren he was right about beating Merc with a works team. He just picked the wrong works team. Russia will be interesting indeed

Looks like McHonda are throwing everything at it to keep Alonso happy!
Because that´s the reason both McLaren and Honda are involved in motorsports, to keep some drivers happy, they don´t need any success for theirselves, not even nowadays, right?
