Mclaren are missing a trick here, think of all the extra money they could make with sponsors logos under the floor for when it's swinging on the crane.

Regarding the oil leak: I follow Jef Patat's opinion it more looks like faulty assemblage, meaning McLaren themselves have made a mistake here. Honda gets a lot of flak, and will probably be blamed for this too, but in this case that'll not be fair.
Yup. Same as the fuel problem which turned out to be a problem with the fuel tank.

But McLaren have never had issues like this. Fuel tank and oil tank in the space of 2 races?

25 min in to P2, S2 time from Stoffel very impressive, fastest of anyone bar Ferrari and Merc. Had flow vis on the rear wing, maybe the updates are working? Still 14 kph off vmax though.

If the rest of the car was full of them maybe...not exactly short of space in the usual places at the moment though...
Favourite driver: Lando Norris
Favourite team: McLaren

Turned down the chance to meet Vettel at Silverstone in 2007. He was a test driver at the time and I didn't think it was worth queuing!! 🤦🏻‍♂️

I don't know, looks like a perfect place for a pair of "AMG Mercedes" stickers...

Motorsport.com:
Alonso, who was left without any meaningful running in FP1 after an early engine failure, only emerged out of the pits half an hour into the session – and had to wait a bit longer for an actual proper run.

En route to clocking in a session-low 21 laps, he ranted on the radio: "The engine feels good. Much slower than before. Amazing."
Have to admire his thinking while "driving"

So whose fault is it? Honda's or McLaren's?

At least it doesn't seem like a Rad, Piping or assembly issue.

Translation "we brought a new power unit to test, but will not race it because it's slower than what we already had, back to the drawing board".

Or they could sponsor the cranes as they´re shown on TV frequently thanks to McHonda
