The beauty of this Ferrari and Mercedes battle is they got there all by themselves, there was no regulations hindering the best engine or a team getting help to get up to speed.
If Renault and Honda are not competitive that´s their problem. There´s unlimited development right now and Renault just said there won´t be any engine updates this year, so are the regulations to blame or the manufacturer?

Sounds like a zero-sum game.
