There is rumor at sky Bullier to Ferrari if I didn't misunderstand. İf so maybe both alo and Bullier to Ferrari because of the Vettel ham incident. Maybe driver swap

Swapping Alonso for Vettel? Firstly, can't see Vettel willingly moving to McLaren; secondly I don't think Alonso would want to go to Ferrari, given his history with them.

Additionally Raikonnen is likely leaving Ferrari at the end of the season, so who would partner Alonso? Nobody immediately springs to mind...

Sainz Alonso?

Sainz future location is up in the air. Anyway speculation on something extremely unlikely.

Although, press conference in 50 minutes. Boullier, Hasegawa and Wolff.
McLaren, Honda & Merc on the same table. Will be interesting.

I see Renault as as most probable destination for Alonso.....bus still hope things improve on Mclaren-Honda-Alonso relationship and they continue in 2018 together.

Nico Rosberg? (Joke)

So every session (fp1 included) the honda haters flock to the message boards and now that they have visible improvements (not saying it is good or the best, just saying it's better) there are no comments.

I am impressed with the jump McLaren Honda have made and hope they can hold on to it. It would be a sore sight for it to look this positive in fp1 and be nowhere in the race.

Would be equally bad if they do better on this power sensitive circuit and worse at the next few races.

4 teams at the top next year I hope.

Wait for the Mclaren Honchos to claim that all the pace improvement is due to the chassis after the practise.
Being a engine supplier is just a lose-lose situation, you get no credit when the team is winning and get all the blame when the team is losing. Not saying Honda has done a good job until now BTW.

Reminds me of Renault's situation during the Redbull domination era

New rumor: Honda doesn't want Alonso in 2018, instead they rather spend the money on engine development. They are tired of his complaining.
As alonso fan that good news... Logically he will be in ferrari next year... But if he decides retire will be better than race with uncompetitive cars
Good, let him whine at Renault. Alonso and Abiteboul will make a good pair.
And lets not pretend that Alonso can get a seat at Merc/Ferrari whenever he wants. It's Mercedes and Ferrari who will decide, not Alonso
Never Give up.

Sorry, but McLaren was already 7th in Spain, so it isn't that special.

Yeah I'm pleasantly surprised at their pace - but we have previously seen good times in practise, only for them to drop out in Q1 during qualifying. I'm going to reserve judgement until tomorrow!
Alonso usually says that the rest goes faster on Saturday, so yes, we must wait if this is real or not.

Hahaha, it's funny cause it's both sad and true. Even Redbull haven't given Renault any glory for their recent performances. Even if there was a gp at the Indy brickyard ovel, somehow the engine manufactures only get mentioned when you lose.
