Well, I don't want to be disrespectful, but my favorite drivers are the ones that still don't race in F1. Sure I know the oldies (I'm one!) but here are the drivers that I like:
- Paul Di Resta and Jamie Green from F3 Euroseries. Di Resta is notable, even if now he's interred (like Green) in German DTM. Green is starting to win there, the last two races were a treat for me, what a way to drive. I wonder what Tom (
our Tom) thinks of Green.
Jamie Green
- Romain Grosjean, which I remember from Formula Renault. I saw his first two races at Asian GP2. Nice way to win.
- Marco Ardigò, the best karter in the world right now. I've never seen a guy hold his inner rear wheel at such constant height, I can't. The thing I like the most about his driving is that he twitches the wheel on the exit, the same way I do (something people has always nagged me about).

Oh, and
Ralph De Palma is the best open wheel driver in history, in case you haven't heard me ranting about him... I think he's better than Jim Clark, Graham Hill, Michael Schumacher and Bruce Lee (who is better than Chuck Norris). He was almost as good as Juan Pablo Montoya, who is the driver with the largest heart in the Universe, beyond time and space.
De Palma: an american hero, better than all europeans put together
As for teams, the best team in the world is mine: I enjoy it the most. I simply cannot be a fan of a corporation: the day the british teams stopped using the national colours, they lost my heartfelt support.
Lotus in British green: groovy!
