Update from McLaren
Don't expect to see Fernando Alonso back out on track for a little while - McLaren are expecting at least a delay of a couple of hours as parts of the car were damaged in the gravel (in addition you'd presume to the wheel)

And confirmation from the team that the wheel problem caused the spin.

seems like mclaren is not getting over with bad luck they had for past few years

It's not bad luck, merely bad design.

does this means 2 hours or possible more?
Gonna say definitely more. Floor and diffuser will need to be patched and they will have to investigate the broken wheel nut and possible the other wheelnuts as well. Don't expect them to be out again before the afternoon.
god damn.....i heard before the crash Alonso was setting faster sector1&2 times than Bottas

Or something as simple as the wheelnut not being fitted correctly.

Session 1 of day 1 of testing - times aren't important, reliable and consistent data is. You don't go out to set fastest laps from lap one, you go out to check systems and get some data. Fast times come later. The only reason for setting fast times is to attract attention and thus, hopefully, sponsorship.
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

Even if that is the case, there are little hooks that prevent the wheel to come of. Could be a double failure... all in all, not something that should happen and you don't want to happen. Bit like Hamilton's wing coming off a couple of years ago at his first lap at winter testing.

To be fair, he was on super soft and Bottas on meds.

reliable data can only come from going quick

Unfortunately logic says its not a loose wheel nut or a wheel gun setting error as Alonso would have felt a loose wheel nut or a loose wheel earlier.
Obviously something snapped/failed all of sudden.
If its a wheel nut failure they wont know if its one wheel nut or the whole batch.
They will have to run conservative to find out.
If it is a design error on the wheel nut or the whole wheel securing system, then its even worse.
Even if they just have a suspicion that it is just a wheel nut failure but may happen again, they will probably order a new batch of wheel nuts flying in.

It is kinda disappointing yea.
But i still think and hope Mclaren will be in great shape this year.
The sport needs it.

while also sending off 4 Hamilton players to make it more interesting"
