Good spot. Though seeing these bubbles form on a changeable piece, I don't think they are in too much trouble.
And they call it a stall. A STALL!

I thought them raindrups and little puddles, but indeed heat blisters under the stickers.

Williams, have surprised me for once. It's just such a departure from their bland cars in recent times. I must salute Paddy for bringing back some real bravery to the design.

Yes, it is. Probably in those meaningless conditions they didn't want to risk ripping off the new wing leaving them with no replacement.

First flow viz photo of this side pod design I saw for a full year now. Look at how much air is going down and around side pods, it's madness. :P

I agree. That angle of flow though definitely suggests a fair bit of drag. Is this the downward side of the vortex I guess? Seems to match up with a lot of the orientations of other bits.
