More teams have hit trouble in the final day of pre-season testing at Barcelona. At a moment when one would expect reliability issues to be nearly ironed out, the lack of running for some teams was surprising.

I think the fact that Haas is capable of an 18.3 on SS only demonstrates one thing: none of the top 3 are close to their maximum potential. No offence to Haas, but they’re not within 6 tenths of the top 3, especially not on harder tyres.

If this is the case, then it would be on the floor, so it would not create downforce, but only be an aero improvement by reducing drag...but why not, it would fit their concept.
