Translated: Vettel is now doing the times in his second stint that Bottas was doing in his first. Not good a good signal for Ferrari. But there are some variables to consider: The circuit might have gotten slightly slower (24.4 C now, compared to 20 when Bottas did it).

Ferrari's strategy this year is 1 lap speed. Out qualify the Merc then deploy the smoke screen.
